"I went to my local Cycle Gear to purchase a helmet that was no longer in stock online. The store didn’t have my size but the sales associate, Anna, reached out to another store to have them transfer it. A few days later she called me and told me they had it in. When I went to pick it up she explained to me that after I left she reached out to another location because she questioned the follow through of the first store she called to ensure I received the product. Anna was great and went the extra mile to get me a product I wanted."
"What a great experience! I’m not a complete newb to the motorcycle world but had plenty of questions as far as recommendations. I feel that customer service was at its peak in the Memphis store. Super knowledgeable staff willing to answer my questions happily. “What do you think about these brand tires?” and “which oil in your opinion do you think I should run?” Plenty of selection and competitive pricing. This store definitely brings the added value and I don’t really mind paying the few extra dollars even though the prices were very competitive. My purchase included a new helmet w/ visor, motor oil and a new tank pad. Just gotta be careful... you can easily over spend your budget. Thanks for the great experience and will be back!"
"I needed a dual blue tooth setup and a new full face helmet for my girlfriend who has only ridden a few times in an ill fitting old half helmet I had. As always we got great service. The young lady who helped us demonstrated over and over how to put on and take off multiple helmets, multiple times until my newbie girlfriend was comfortable with our purchase. Expert advice and I nstallation of our new FREECOM 2 replacing my old solo FREECOM 1 and equal patience with my girlfriend and I learning to use the intercom to talk while we ride."

Now, that is the kind of employee I want waiting on me. So I came back the next day and purchased a new helmet that you emailed me a sale price on and riding jacket and pants.
